How do I get my colour analysis?
Open Palora, take a few selfies in natural light, and follow the guided steps. Your colour season and starter palette are free.
What's included in Premium?
Your full 12-colour palette, detailed undertone, face & feature analysis, garment-match scan, the AI stylist, hair/makeup/outfit guidance, and daily glow tracking.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Palora to change or cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore a purchase?
On a new device or after reinstalling, open Palora's paywall and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my data private?
Yes — your photos are processed only to create your analysis and are never stored on our servers or used to train models. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Your results live on your device. Delete them in-app or uninstall Palora to remove them. For anything else, email us.
